Hamilton City Council - Housing ServiceHAMILTON CITY COUNCIL - HOUSING SERVICE has 452 units which provide housing for people mainly over the age of 60 who are reliant on a permanent benefit and have assets not exceeding $50,000 (couple), $35000 (single). A proportion of units is also available for those who receive an invalid benefit or the 55 + benefit.

Funding for projects range from big or small and for differing needs such as cultural festivals and performances, equipment, dance and theatre through to visual arts and workshops.
