A fieldworker is available to support and assist older people living in the community with any social needs and health or well-being issues. The aim of the service is to maximise the independence of older people through short term support.
The Fieldworker service takes a holistic approach to the well being of older people and supports their physical, emotional, spiritual, cultural and mental needs. Part of this service includes advocacy support if needed.
